The administration of the Sanstha and the teachers are always alert to promote qualitative as well as quantitative change. In order to improve the quality of students, the status and merit of the teachers should be promoted. Besides, teaching they should develop the writing abilities as well as research perspective. Keeping in view this Sanstha publishes a research Journal called ‘Trajectory’. Two issues of the Trajectory are published every year. The Teachers in the Sanstha publish their research articles in this biannual. In addition to this many teachers publish their research articles in National as well International Journals. Many teachers have made valuable contribution in writing text books and reference books.

204 Teachers in the Sanstha have been designated as the research Teacher by the Mumbai, Pune, Shivaji, and Solapur Universities. 240 teachers are Ph.D. holders, 82 are research guides and 303 teachers have got M.Phill Degree. Many teachers in the Sanstha have participated in many National as well as International symposiums and conferences.
